May is here and so are all of the end of the year activities! Phew! I know that I am with most moms of preschool age (and up!) kids when I say we can't wait for summer!!! We are busy bees and closing out all of activities and gearing up for a summer of camps, swimming, beach trips and fun! :)
Ryan left town last week for his Leadership Cobb final retreat and it was my first time home for alone with all three kiddos and we survived! We missed him and we are proud of him, but we are all excited that his Leadership Cobb year has reached the end! :)
I tried to get a good picture of the girls to send to him while he was gone and this is what my silly girls gave me (disregard are "work in progress" garage..this house still has a long way to go, as you can see!)
Rhodes had her first official playdate last week. Just her and HER friend (not one of Ali's that is also her friend). She loved it and we are looking forward to lots more this summer!
We are gearing up for both of the girls dance recitals coming soon! Here's a sneak peak at Rhodes in her ballet costume practicing...it is one of the cutest things I have ever seen...I hope to post a video after her debut! :)
I am so thankful for my mom this week for watching Beck two days so that I could have some one on one time with both of my girls at their end of the year parties. I did not get one good picture from Rhodes' party and instead just enjoyed being with her and following her around It was so nice to just be with her and watch her play! Today, I did the same for Ali's party and we had a blast. I can't believe last week is her last week at the CEE - I know she is going to miss it and her awesome group of friends from her class this year, but luckily a lot of her friends will be heading with her to Westside next year!!
I love my girls and am so proud of them for how they have grown and for the great big sisters they are to Beck. I can't wait for a summer of camps and laziness and lots of good, fun quality time together soaking up the sun!!
