4 months!

I can't believe we're here again....another month mark for my little man!!  Happy 4 months, Beck!

I think he is the most precious little boy in the whole wide world! (a little biased, I know!) He fills our lives with so much joy and so many smiles!  His little giggles are the sweetest thing - he loves to smile, laugh and nap!  A little boy after his Mama's heart!  This month he really has started loving his activity mat and loves laying on it and swatting/grabbing the toys....he is doing it as we speak! Playing on the play mat has brought us to another milestone, my little, moving man is now rolling over too!

He has always loved the swing, but now he loves to move so much that I can't keep him in there for long...always on the move these days!

And his sisters do too! (this is how he spends most of his days - he is the first thing they look for when they wake up in the morning and the last person they want to kiss before they go to bed!  Here they are after bath time - they caught us in our 4 month photo shoot and had to jump in!) :)

Sweet summertime!

School's out for summer!  Hooray!! May is such a busy month - I've heard people say lately that it is like Christmas, except just without the presents!  I can't imagine how busy it is going to be once we are in big school next year!  We are all glad to be out and ready for camps to get started!  Here are some pictures from the last week of school!

  On Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend (great timing, huh?), Ali had her ballet recital!  She did great and we were soo proud of our little mermaid ballerina!

A few days before Ali's recital, my mom found a picture of me outside the same theater, getting ready for my  ballet recital!  Please forgive my attempt at taking a picture of an already blurry picture - but, I thought this was pretty neat! :)

 Special Mama/Ali day to celebrate my precious preschool graduate! Words can not express how proud I am of this girl!  And, notice how far away from her I was when we got our nails done - she could care less...just excited to spend a day just the two of us and get her nails done!  She is such a girly girl! :)

Beck's baptism!

This morning, we had Beck christened at our church. It was a special morning for our little family and we were so proud of Beck!  I love the tradition of the gown that even his Big Papa wore (along with both of his sisters and two of his uncles and a whole slew of other Tumlins!), but the girls, especially Rhodes, thought it was hilarious that he was wearing a dress!  I even caught Rhodes singing a little song under her breath to herself at church....something to the tune of "My name is Beck-o and I'm wearing a dress!" ha!  Both of his sisters were great during the service and so proud of their little brother!  Thank you to all of our uncles, aunts, cousins and grandparents that came out today to celebrate!  We also were excited to share our morning with one of Beck's best friends, William!  I have a feeling these two will be quite the pair one day and loved that they are starting out right, getting baptized together! :)

Happy 3 months Beck!

 Beck turned 3 months old on Friday 5/18 and has this mama wrapped around his little finger!  He really is such an angel and spends most of his days eating, sleeping, cooing, smiling and giggling...melts my heart!  He also started sleeping through the night (from about 9:30-6:30)....and made me love him even more, if that's possible.  He is truly the sweetest, happiest baby and we all love him so!  Happy 3 months Becko!
